i found free coffee, tea, and hot chocolate available at all times from a machine on floor 3. this was convenient. the hotel's central location was also a great advantage. i could easily reach many places from there.

i had issues with temperature control. the room was freezing when i arrived and remained so. i called reception twice about this, but no one came at night to help. someone came right before i checked out, but it was too late.
