the location was acceptable for seeing the sights.

the thermostat did not work in my room. a repairman tried to fix it, but the issue remained unresolved. this, and i expected better for the price.

convenient location comfortable bed

the location is really awesome , i could walk to central park easily and the subway was close too. the room was spacious , especially for a beautiful queen room , it had such a comfortable bed.

the elevator service was a little slow , i had to wait a few times.

free coffee central location convenient machine temperature control reception issues late assistance

i found free coffee, tea, and hot chocolate available at all times from a machine on floor 3. this was convenient. the hotel's central location was also a great advantage. i could easily reach many places from there.

i had issues with temperature control. the room was freezing when i arrived and remained so. i called reception twice about this, but no one came at night to help. someone came right before i checked out, but it was too late.
